Picnic Tips

• Don't forget to pack a picnic blanket or rug if you're planning to sit somewhere that may be damp or in nature. There's nothing worse than getting grass or sand in your food.

• Take some games to play. Outdoor games like a frisbee, swingball or croquet are great crowd-pleasers. They will get everyone involved and enjoying the sun.
• Take your pets with you. They'll love being included in the picnic. Pack a ball or their favourite toy so they can play with that while you eat or take their bed so they can lie on it in the shade.
• Don't forget to take paper towels or napkins and a rubbish bag. Some parks don't have rubbish bins so it's important to clean up after yourself and take all your rubbish with you.
