On long summer days, nothing is more refreshing than a fruity cocktail. Try this pineapple cocktail for a fresh twist on the classic pina colada.

Ingredients

• 120ml pineapple juice, chilled
• 1 oz tequila
• 1/4 oz orange liqueur
• 1/4 cup ice
• 1 pineapple wedge, to garnish

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, put the pineapple juice, tequila, orange liqueur and ice.

2. Shake until your hands are cold (this means your drink will be super chilled).

3. Strain and pour into a glass of your choice.

4. Add a wedge of pineapple to the side of the glass and serve.
